Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our DTF materials. Please review our policy below before ordering.

Sample Orders

Sample fees are deductible from your first bulk order. If you place a qualified bulk order (see MOQ on our Wholesale page), the sample cost will be credited or refunded per the agreed terms.

Quality Issues

If you receive defective or non-conforming goods, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the case.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for unopened, resellable products with prior authorization.
• Custom-printed or private-label items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Bulk / Wholesale Orders

For orders above MOQ, quality is confirmed by pre-shipment photos or video. Disputes are resolved case by case; we prioritize replacement or credit to maintain long-term partnerships.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
