In-stock items: Shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or bulk orders: 5-10 business days, depending on order size and specifications.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping : 15-25 business days. Tracked.
Express Shipping: 7-12 business days. Tracked.
Urgent/Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days. Contact us for a quote.

DTF film should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 15-30°C (59-86°F) and humidity below 60%. DTF ink should be stored at room temperature (20-25°C) and shaken well before use. Always seal ink bottles tightly after use to prevent clogging.
