A4 UV DTF AB Film – For Hard Surfaces

Unlike standard DTF film for garments, our UV DTF AB film lets you decorate hard and irregular surfaces — glass, wood, acrylic, metal, leather, and more. Print, powder, and cure under a UV lamp; no heat press or high temperature required. The result is a crystal-clear, highly adhesive layer that resists scratching and fading.

Specifications

How to Use

1. Print your design onto the A film using UV DTF ink.
2. Laminate / apply the B film to protect and carry the ink layer.
3. Cure under a UV lamp until the ink is fully solidified.
4. Peel away the B film, leaving the design on the A layer.
5. Press the A film onto the target surface and peel the base.
6. For extra durability, apply a thin UV top-coat and cure again.

Q: Can I use it on fabric?
A: For garments we recommend standard DTF PET film; UV DTF AB film is optimized for hard surfaces.

Q: Do I need a special printer?
A: A UV DTF printer or a UV lamp curing setup is required — regular DTF printers alone are not enough.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe?
A: With a proper UV top-coat it withstands hand-washing; we advise against harsh dishwashers for decorated glassware.
